This website

This website collects nothing about you. It is a set of static pages that set no cookies, run no analytics, and submit nothing to a server — the contact form opens your own email app rather than sending anything itself. The full technical posture is described on the Security page.

If you contact us

If you email us at support@kelpieenergy.com, we receive and hold your email address and whatever your message contains. We use it to respond to you and keep it only as ordinary business correspondence.

Our products

Software we operate for customers — including the NSW PDRS BESS Platform — handles personal information under its own detailed privacy policy, which is presented inside those apps themselves. If you use one of our products, the policy shown in that product is the one that applies to the information it holds.
